Digital purchases
InnerChat sells digital items, unlocks, and points. Once delivered or consumed, digital purchases are generally non-refundable unless required by law or approved after review.
Eligible refund requests
Refunds may be considered for duplicate purchases, technical delivery failures, accidental purchases reported promptly, or other cases required by applicable consumer protection law.
Abuse and safety restrictions
Refunds may be denied when an account is restricted for abuse, fraud, chargeback misuse, policy violations, or activity that creates risk for other users.
How to request a refund
Contact [email protected] with your account email, payment receipt, purchase date, and reason for the request.
Review timeline
We aim to review refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed back through the original payment method when supported by the payment provider.
